Ingredients:

  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Onion
  • Garlic/Garlic Powder
  • Lemon Juice
  • Avocado
  • Rice
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Oil
  • Ginger
  • Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • Salt
  • Honey
  • Teriyaki sauce

Method:

  1. Boil water and salt for the rice. While bringing the water to a boil, oil a pan and saute broccoli, carrots, onion, garlic and small pieces of ginger.
  2. Add rice to boiling water, and take the vegetables off of the heat.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, drain it and add the vegetables. Add everything else in except for the smoked salmon and teriyaki sauce. Then stir everything together and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with smoked salmon and teriyaki sauce. ENJOY!
